Prestige carried out the construction of this 79 bedroom retirement home within the project time and budget. As you can see by the photos on the gallery, this is at the very top end in terms of specification and finish.

Kingsmere also has 3 day rooms, all finished to the highest standards, along with its own cinema, private dining room and library.
This project was very challenging as after construction was well under way, the original company who we had started the building for (Four Season Health Care) struck a corporate deal with Avery Health Care.

Avery has their own design team and they like all their care homes to have the same 5 star finish. So this resulted in a lot of internal changes both in terms of design and finish. Prestige pride themselves with always working with the client and trying to accommodate the clients needs, so as you can imagine on a project of this scale, there were a lot of meetings and discussions to ensure the exact finish desired by the client.
The project went well and the client was delighted with their new building.
